Welcome to AirQuick! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AirQuick's Doorstep Cooling Services.

1. Diagnostic & Service Fees

We charge a nominal inspection/diagnostic fee of ₹199 for visiting your premises and executing a full cooling check. If you proceed with the repair recommended by our technician, the ₹199 diagnostic charge is completely waived from the final billing amount.

2. 30-Day Guarantee Terms

Every repair executed by AirQuick is backed by a worry-free 30-day warranty. The guarantee applies strictly to the specific issue and components that were repaired or replaced during the initial service call. If the same fault recurs within 30 days, we will dispatch an engineer to fix it again at zero additional cost.

3. Spare Parts Replacement

Only authentic, manufacturer-approved spare parts are used during replacement. Rates for spare parts (like compressors, relays, fan motors, gas charges) are based on standard market lists and will be quoted transparently by our engineers prior to execution.
